Hello, world!

Did you all make it through Monday unscathed?

Did you even know it was Monday?!?

All the days are just blending into one another, right? 

I mean...mine are super exciting of course (nurse, poop, sleep, repeat) but I hear that the tall people who walk on two legs (seriously, what's with you? Have you gotten the glory that is tummy time? Don't you get dizzy up there? Take it from me-lay back, relax, and let your Mami do the work! ) are struggling to adjust to so much "free time".

My Monday was a M.O.N.D.A.Y... ya know, of the Garfield variety?

 I had my one-month checkup and met my new pediatrician for the first time.

I'm not sure what to think yet... no one in his office had faces!

Then again, my big brother has gone to him for years and he's still got all his limbs, so I'm hopeful.

But...that guy gave the nurse permission to hurt me!

Yeowch!

 If that sharp thing in my thigh is the way they finish every meeting, I think I'll use Zoom next time!!!

For immediate press release: I remain practically perfect in every way! On the advice of counsel (err...my doc) we're holding off on addressing my lip and tongue ties until after the pandemic dissipates... and in the meantime, against the odds, I'm thriving. Up from the low 30s to the high 60s in weight percentiles, and coming in at the 95th in height. Maybe I'll catch up to big bro after all? I did have one painful procedure (nope, not for public consumption so don't be nosy) but I should recover quickly and better than ever, and hopefully in a few days no longer be in discomfort.

In the meantime, pray for Mami...

I'm ornery and disgruntled and taking it out on her.

(Don't worry- she can take it!)
