11/12ths and completely sweet...

 Hello world!

I've hit the eleventh month stride and let me tell you, I'm practically dashing for the twelfth!  These feet were made for running...and jumping! I've been working on my racing form lately, trying to keep up with that long-legged gait of my big bro.  Ever since we took our peek-a-boo routine to the next level, I've been chasing him down from one end of the house to the other!

Speaking of chasing...this last month I learned how to chase the wave...of snow.  That's right folks, this little snow-bunny went sledding for the first time.  Wahoo!  Apparently living on a hill atop a mountain has its perks...and the downhill race is one of them.  I loved it...wind in my hair, flakes in my face, and big brother chasing me down the mountain the whole way!

(No worries...Mami waited faithfully at the bottom each time, ready to catch me and carry me back up!  I've trained her well!)

It's been too cold to spend much time outside this month, so I've been making the most of my office space.  My decorator (big bro) has worked diligently at supplying me with creative inspiration...faithfully recreating the wonders of the world out of building blocks for me.  The immediacy and fervor with which I knock them all down to the ground has earned me my place amongst the top art-critics.

Between you and me, life lately has been pretty darn good.  I've my daily fill of snuggles and hugs.  My staff continues to attend to my every whim.  Thanks to Mami, I've milk for the asking at any hour, day or night.  My library is always well-stocked, and I've in-house entertainers more than willing to bring the characters to life for me.  My chauffeur always has my favourite record spinning for easy, drowsy listening on our roadside adventures.  Even the cat and I have settled into some version of easy accord...so long as I can find her!

I'm telling you...there's apparently 1 more month to go before we can make this whole thing official and say I'm a local...but I'm feeling like I've got it in the bag.

Hope you're all warm and cozy...

~Henri
